Short breaks

Please telephone, or email (miriamtod@hotmail.com) for details of shorter or longer breaks which are available off-season, i.e. between October and March.  For a short break there is a minimum stay of 3 nights and prices start at £210 in low season.

Please note: we CANNOT offer short breaks from May - September (inclusive).  

We always endeavour to answer emails within 24 hours.  If you have not heard from us please telephone on the numbers above, as emails do sometimes go astray. 

At Christmas and New Year the minimum stay is 5 nights. 

Please note that prices are given on the basis of 2 people sharing (dogs are free).  There is a surcharge for any extra persons (aged16 and over) of a total of £20 per person. 

The cottage accommodation is ready from 15:30 and visitors are required to vacate by 10:30 on day of departure unless previously arranged otherwise.

Bookings and deposits

A 20% deposit will be required immediately upon booking, unless your booking is made less than 8 weeks before arrival, in which case payment of the full balance is required.  The full balance will be required no later than 8 weeks before your arrival date.  All bookings confirm your agreement to our full terms and conditions.

How to book

Please check on the chart above to ensure that your desired dates are available.

Then telephone 01994 230993 or 07966 282242 between 9am and 8pm for a friendly chat of your requirements or email us at miriamtod@hotmail.com with your required dates to ensure that these dates are still available. (Someone else may be booking these at the same moment in time).  We will then confirm the availability and price (and deposit if applicable). Once your payment is received, the required dates will be shown as unavailable to others.

Payment

Payment may be made electronically via PayPal (which includes credit card payment), or by cheque. In the case of PayPal, we will issue you with an email invoice which may be paid immediately.  

Alternatively, cheques should be made payable to Mrs M Vanags and sent to: Holidays for Dogs, Arwel Farm, Llangynin, St Clears, Carmarthenshire, SA33 4JY.  On receipt, you will then be sent a booking confirmation and payment receipt.  Please do not forget to enclose your address and a contact telephone number/email address. 

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made no less than 30 days prior to your arrival date.  A refund cannot be given unless we secure another booking within this time.  If so, there will be no cost to you. Please ensure that you arrange travel insurance to avoid any problems with cancellations.
