Holiday cottage booking and availability

In the first instance, please call us on 01994 230993 or (if no answer) 07966 282242. We will take your booking or endeavour to answer your enquiry immediately. We will then confirm your enquiry by email shortly afterwards. Alternatively, please email your requirements and we will respond as soon as possible.

All dates are on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.

Short breaks

Please telephone or email (miriamtod@hotmail.com) for details of shorter or longer breaks which are available off-season, i.e. between November and March. Please note: we CANNOT offer short breaks during June, July and August. For a short break there is a minimum stay of 3 nights.

We always endeavor to answer emails within 24 hours. If you have not heard from us please telephone on the numbers above, as emails do sometimes go astray.

At Christmas and New Year the minimum stay is 5 nights.

Please note that prices are given on the basis of 2 people sharing (dogs are free). There is a surcharge for more than 2 people (aged16 and over) of a total of £50 each for a week. For short breaks the additional cost per person is £10 per night.

The cottage accommodation will be ready after 15:00 and visitors are required to vacate by 10:00 on day of departure unless previously arranged otherwise.

A 20% deposit will be required immediately upon booking, unless your booking is made less than 8 weeks before arrival. In this case payment of the full balance is required The full balance will be required no later than 8 weeks before your arrival date. Cancellations must be made no less than 30 days prior to your arrival date. A refund cannot be given unless we secure another booking within this time. If so, there will be no cost to you. Please ensure that you arrange travel insurance to avoid any problems with cancellations.

We take payment by cheque. We cannot accept payment by cards and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Cheques should be made payable to Holidays for Dogs and sent to: Holidays for Dogs, Arwel Farm, Llangynin, St Clears, Carmarthenshire, SA33 4JY. You will then be sent a confirmation and payment receipt. Please do not forget to enclose your address and a contact telephone number/email address.

1. THE PERSON BOOKING THE PROPERTY IN WHOSE NAME THE TENANCY IS TAKEN MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 21 YEARS AND MUST BE ONE OF THE TENANTS IN THE PARTY DURING THE PERIOD OF THE TENANCY.

2. TENANTS OBLIGATIONS

a). TO PAY FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSSES TO THE PROPERTY CAUSED BY THE TENANTS OR MEMBERS OF THEIR PARTY (REASONABLE WEAR AND TEAR EXCLUDED ).

b) TO TAKE GOOD CARE OF THE PROPERTY AND LEAVE IT IN A CLEAN AND TIDY CONDITION AT THE END OF THE TENANCY.

c) TO NOT TRANSFER POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY OR SHARE IT EXCEPT WITH ORIGINAL MEMBERS OF THEIR PARTY.

d) TO NOT CAUSE UNDUE NOISE OR DISRUPTION OR BECOME A NUISANCE TO OCCUPANTS OF ANY ADJOINING PREMISES.

IF TENANTS BREACH ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THE OWNERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RE-ENTER THE PROPERTY AND TERMINATE THE TENANCY, WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE OTHER RIGHTS AND REMEDIES OF THE OWNERS.
